Ted Gibbs recently attended Morayfield State High School to present an educational to the year 10 and 11 aspiring leaders about the art of speech making and leadership. The year 11 students are currently undergoing preparations to contest the positions of: School Captains, Sports Captains, Cultural Captain and Prefects. Ted spoke with the students about the characteristics of an effective leader who inspires and actions change, about making first impressions and provided constructive advice for speech development and delivery. All of the students responded positively to Ted’s engaging and informative address and each of them commented to me at the conclusion of the session that he provided them with realistic and actionable advice.
